英語も同じです:“The train leaves at 6:15 tomorrow.”、“The new term starts on September 3rd.”。

the train や the museum のような単数のものは he/she/it と同じ扱いなので、動詞に -s が付きます:leaves、starts、opens。“The train leave …” や、be動詞を入れた “The train is leave …” 日付や曜日には on を使います:on September 3rd、on Monday。

"The train leaves at 6:15 tomorrow."
"The new term starts on September 3rd."

でも英語では分けます:“The train departs at noon.”、しかし “I'm having lunch with Sam at noon.”。 “I meet Sam tomorrow.”

"The train departs at noon.
"I'm having lunch with Sam at noon.

都市や国には arrive in(arrive in Paris)、駅や空港のような特定の場所には arrive at を使います。

日本語の「店は明日何時に開きますか」の語順のまま “What time the store opens tomorrow?” としないで、“What time does the store open tomorrow?” 否定文も “The flight doesn't depart on Sundays.” で、“The flight not departs” や “doesn't departs” は誤りです。

"Our flight departs at 9am on Friday."
"The museum opens at 10am on weekdays."

"The store closes at 9pm on weekdays."
"The semester ends in May."
"What time does the last bus leave?"
"The conference begins on Monday and runs until Friday."

注意

✗The train leave at 6:15 tomorrow.
✓The train leaves at 6:15 tomorrow.

the train のような単数のものは he/she/it と同じ扱いです。

✗The flight not departs on Sundays.
✓The flight doesn't depart on Sundays.

✗What time the store opens tomorrow?
✓What time does the store open tomorrow?

✗What time does the store opens tomorrow?
✓What time does the store open tomorrow?

✗Our train arrives to Paris at 5pm.
✓Our train arrives in Paris at 5pm.

I have lunch with Sam at noon tomorrow.
✓I'm having lunch with Sam at noon tomorrow.

公式の時刻表には現在形を使い、will は必要ありません:“The train leaves at 8.”、“The museum opens at 10am on weekdays.”。

英語の一般動詞では、疑問文は does を主語の前に置き、動詞は原形にします:“What time does the last bus leave?”(“What time the last bus leaves?” 否定文は doesn't +原形です:“The flight doesn't depart on Sundays.”(“The flight not departs” や “doesn't departs” は誤り)。

公式の時刻表は現在形(“The train departs at noon.”)、自分で決めた個人的な予定は現在進行形(“I'm having lunch with Sam at noon.”)

💡 「電車は8時に出ます」→ The train leaves at 8。

What time does the bus leave?(動詞は原形)

💡 「パリに着く」→ arrive in Paris、「毎週日曜日は」→ on Sundays。

"What time does our flight leave tomorrow?"

"It departs at 7am, so we need to leave for the airport by five."

"And what time does it land?"

"It arrives around noon, local time."
