Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use Lingverly (lingverly.com) and how it is used. Lingverly is operated by Iwiro LLC, a company registered in the United States ("we", "us").

The short version

  • You can use Lingverly without creating an account. We don't ask for your name, email address or password.
  • We don't sell your personal information and we don't show personalized advertising.
  • We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to understand how the site is used.
  • If you report an error in a lesson, we store your report so we can fix the problem.

Information we collect

Error reports. When you use the "Report an error" button, we receive:

  • the error category you choose and the message you write;
  • the page address, the interface language and, if you selected it, a short piece of text from the page;
  • a short summary of your browser and device type (for example, "Chrome on Android");
  • a one-way cryptographic hash derived from your IP address, used only to prevent spam and abuse. We don't store your IP address itself in the report.

Please don't include personal information in your message — it isn't needed to fix a lesson.

Usage analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally: visitors are counted using an anonymous hash that is discarded within 24 hours, and data is only shown to us in aggregate.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request in order to deliver pages and audio files and keep the service secure.

Settings stored on your device. Some features (for example, the interface language or audio preferences in trainers) may store small settings in your browser so they are remembered next time. These settings stay on your device.

How we use information

  • to provide and improve lessons, exercises and audio;
  • to review and fix reported errors;
  • to understand which parts of the site are used, in aggregate;
  • to protect the service from spam, abuse and security threats.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf and only for the purposes described here:

  • Vercel — website hosting and Web Analytics;
  • Supabase — storage of error reports;
  • Cloudflare — delivery of audio files and, if enabled, an anti-spam check (Turnstile) on the error report form.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

How long we keep information

We keep error reports only as long as needed to review and resolve them and to keep a record of fixes, and we periodically delete reports that are no longer needed. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form only.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (for example, in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, or to object to its processing. Because we don't collect names or accounts, we may not be able to link a report to you — but we'll help where we can.

Children

Lingverly is a general-audience learning resource and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we add new features — for example, accounts or advertising — we'll update this policy before they go live and change the date at the top of this page.
